About This Course
This skills programme prepares delegates to create and conduct entertaining, informative short tours focused on South Africa's rich heritage and cultural resources. Learners develop storytelling techniques, historical interpretation skills, visitor engagement strategies, and cultural preservation practices — enabling them to work at heritage sites, museums, cultural villages, and cultural tourism destinations.
